Complete Digital Management for Your Association

Every tool a sports association needs to manage players, events, memberships, and rankings — all in one place.

Player Registration

Online player registration with verification workflows. Players register via app or web — ID verification, age proof, and payment collected digitally. No paper forms, no manual entry.

Membership Verification

Multi-step membership approval process — applications, document submission, committee review, and digital approval. Every member verified before activation.

Digital Player Database

A searchable, sortable database of all association members — profiles, contact details, membership status, tournament history, and performance data. Always up to date.

Ranking Systems

Automated player rankings updated after every registered tournament. Points-based ranking with age group, category, and sport filters. Published to the public player directory.

Tournament Management

Run all association-sanctioned tournaments directly on the platform — registration, draws, live scoring, results, and e-certificates. Rankings updated automatically post-event.

Membership Renewals

Annual membership renewals managed online — automated reminders, online payment, and instant reactivation. Renewal rates tracked on the association dashboard.

Reports & Analytics

Comprehensive reporting on membership numbers, revenue, tournament participation, player demographics, and ranking distribution. Exportable for committee meetings and AGMs.

Announcements & Communication
